By accessing www.theraj.me or requesting a complimentary strategic audit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit a request. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

2. About THE RAJ & the Nature of Our Services

• Business & Operational Consultancy — THE RAJ provides business management, marketing, operations, and full P&L growth-partnership services to healthcare businesses. We are not a licensed healthcare provider, and nothing on this website or in our engagements constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Clinical Authority Stays With the Client — All clinical and medical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client's own licensed doctors, nurses, and clinical leadership. THE RAJ's embedded team supports business, marketing, and operational execution alongside — never in place of — that clinical authority
• Engagement-Specific Terms Control — These website Terms govern your use of www.theraj.me and the free audit process only. The specific commercial terms, deliverables, fees, and duration of any growth engagement are set out exclusively in a separate, signed services agreement

3. The Free Strategic Audit

The complimentary 30-minute strategic audit is offered at THE RAJ's discretion as an initial, no-obligation conversation. It does not itself create a services engagement, and no fees are owed for the audit itself. Any information you share ahead of or during the audit is used solely to prepare for and conduct that conversation, and, if a formal engagement follows, to help scope it — consistent with our Privacy Policy.

4. Website Use

• Permitted Use — You may browse and use this website for legitimate purposes related to evaluating THE RAJ's services
• Prohibited Use — You may not scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of this website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or use it to transmit unlawful or harmful content
• Accuracy — We aim to keep website content accurate and current, but case study figures, statistics, and market data are illustrative of past results and are not a guarantee of future performance for any specific business

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, the THE RAJ name and mark, service frameworks (such as our service-pillar framework and the 6 Cs), and design elements — is the property of THE RAJ or its licensors and is protected under applicable UAE intellectual property law. No license is granted to reproduce or use this content beyond viewing it for its intended informational purpose.

6. Confidentiality

Information shared with THE RAJ during the audit process or an active engagement, and information THE RAJ shares about a client, is treated as confidential in both directions. Where a client reference is de-identified in our public materials — as with the “Home Healthcare, Dubai” case study referenced on this website — that anonymization reflects an existing confidentiality commitment and will be maintained on the live site.

7. Client Data & Health Information

Where an engagement gives THE RAJ's embedded team visibility into patient health information, that information remains the property and legal responsibility of the client at all times. Handling of that information is governed by the client's own obligations under UAE health data law (Federal Law No. 2 of 2019 and its implementing regulations) and by the relevant health authority's standards (DHA, DoH, or MOHAP, as applicable) — full detail is set out in our Privacy Policy.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Case studies and statistics referenced on this website (for example, revenue growth or margin improvement figures) reflect specific past engagements and the conditions particular to each business. THE RAJ does not guarantee any specific financial, operational, or clinical outcome for a future engagement; the 4-6 month roadmap and EBITA-positivity targets referenced on this site are objectives we work toward, not warranties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law, THE RAJ's liability arising from use of this website or the free audit process is limited, and THE RAJ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Liability arising from a signed services engagement is governed exclusively by the limitation of liability terms in that agreement, not by this website's Terms.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify THE RAJ against claims arising from your misuse of this website or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted under UAE law.

11. Termination

THE RAJ may suspend or restrict access to this website at its discretion, for example in response to misuse. Termination of an active services engagement is governed by the termination provisions in the relevant signed services agreement, not by these website Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law — These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Dubai
• Forum (For Counsel to Confirm) — Disputes are intended to be resolved either through the onshore Dubai Courts, the DIFC Courts, or binding arbitration (e.g. under DIAC rules) — the specific forum should be confirmed by counsel and stated here before publishing
• Good-Faith Resolution First — The parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute before pursuing formal proceedings

13. Changes to These Terms

THE RAJ may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “last updated” date at the top of the published page will reflect the most recent revision.
